FRENCH COUNTRYSIDE BUFFET
A table spread with different cheeses, cold meats, fruits, breads, nuts & accompaniments - R150 p.p.
Tastings of the Chef's proposed menu are charged at R395 pp. We offer a complimentary tasting for 2 people for all weddings booked at Pont de Val. Tastings are done on Thursdays and Fridays only.
The bar works either on a TAB or CASH BAR basis, or a combination of both.
Our signature drinks, the French 75, for each guest on arrival or during pre-reception - R40 p.p.
A glass of bubbly (Dry SA MCC) per guest - R40 p.p.
Wines from our wine list can be pre-ordered and set either on the dining tables or a separate wine table.
The only water we serve is San Pellegrino (Sparkling), and Acqua Pann (Still) - considered the world's best fine dining water from Italy. This can be provided in 750ml bottles for the tables. Tap water in jugs is not part of our offering.
JUICE / LEMONADE JUGS
1 litre jugs for the table are available - priced at R45 each.
• Can be served as a Farm-style Lemonade Stand (Min 10 litres)
Should you have a special bottle of wine or hard tack that you would like at the event, the following corkage fees apply:
- Wine, sparkling wine or champagne: R100 per bottle
- Spirits: R200 per bottle
No other alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the premises by clients or their guests as per our liquor license regulations. Any such alcohol found will be confiscated by Estate Security and only returned upon exit.
COFFEE & TEA STATION
A coffee & tea station can be set up for guests to enjoy a hot brew at intervals - R40 p.p.
