Choose either a 2 or 3 course dining package, add a river cruise and even book a venue exclusively. Bookings are to be a minimum of 14 days prior to the function, and meal choices confirmed prior to the day.

After choosing a DINING OPTION and once into the planning phase with one of our Event Co-ordinators, a meeting will be arranged with Pont de Val's Executive Chef Shan-Marie McGann who will create a suitable menu and confirm the serving style (plated or buffet) for your function.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Prices include VAT.
- To secure a booking payment for the venue hire is required within 5 working days from receipt of final quote.
- Only upon proof of payment of the venue hire can the booking be secured.
- If the event is canceled 60 days prior to the date you will be refunded 50% of the first payment.
- Rescheduling after the venue hire payment is possible up to 7 days prior but is subject to availability, and a 25% of venue hire amount will be charged extra.
- Remaining balance (Catering, drinks tab and extras) is payable 21 days prior to the event, if this is not met, the booking will be forfeited.
- Bookings can only be made up until 31 December of the following year.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All event details are to be finalized & confirmed 21 days prior to the event. Changes to the details hereafter may require additional charges.
- A corkage fee of R100 applies to each bottle of wine or Champagne brought onto premises, no other beverages may be brought onto the premises.
